Booking & Cancellation Policy
Availability:
The in-home mobile service is available on selected days Monday toi Friday. There are selected Saturday appointments available each month.
If the preferred time for your appointment is not available, please contact 0433 893 666 to be placed on the wait-list or to discuss alternate appointment times.
Appointment Cancellations:
When your appointment is booked, I am holding a space that is no longer available to other clients and their pets. In order to be respectful, please contact me as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, I require that you call or text 0433 893 666 at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when an appointment is missed without cancelling. In either case, a missed appointment fee of 50% will be charged.
This refund policy is aligned the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.
